To guarantee your meeting proceeds as smoothly and comfortably as possible, we have compiled several conference packages.

Conference packages

To ensure your conference proceeds without any issues, we have compiled the following packages:

Half day conference

€22,50 per person

• Reservation of a conference room for one part of the day (9.00-13.00/13.00-17.00/17.00-21.00)
• Use of coffee corner
• Use of stationery and a flip over
• Use of projector and/or Smart TV

Groups of 8 or less will be charged an additional  €75,00 (for reservation of the conference room)

Half-day conference with lunch 

€42,50 per person

• Reservation of a conference room for half a day (9.00-13.00/13.00-17.00)
• Coffee and tea making facilities
• Use of stationery
• Use of projector and/or Smart TV
• Luxurious lunch at brasserie “De Lobby”

Groups of 8 or less will be charged an additional  €75,00 (for reservation of the conference room)

Full day conference

€39,50 per person

• Reservation of a conference room (9.00-17.00)
• Coffee and tea making facilities
• Use of stationer
• Use of projector and/or Smart TV
• Luxurious lunch at brasserie “De Lobby”

Groups of 8 or less will be charged an additional €75,00 for reservation of the conference room

Additions

Your conference can be further enhanced with one or more of the following additions:

• (Fresh) Fruit served in the conference room €1,50 per piece
• ‘Limburgse vlaai’ €4,00 per slice
• Cheesecake €5,50 per slice
• Apple pie with whipped cream €4,20 per slice
• ‘Stroopwafel’ €1,50 per piece

Lunch

• Burgundian veal croquette €2,50 each
• Croquette on a bun with mustard €4,50 each
• Vietnamese spring roll with chilli-sauce €1,75 each
• Mushroom croquettes €7,50 per portio 

Lunch 

If you choose a meeting package without lunch, you can always decide to have lunch on your own at Brasserie The Lobby, for more information see www.delobby-roermond.nl

   
Dinner

All packages can be expanded with a delicious dinner at Brasserie De Lobby, for more information see www.delobby-roermond.nl 

Overnight stay

Of course you can always stay the night in one of our modern hotel rooms as well.
For a stay in one of our rooms and an extensive breakfast buffet we charge only €109,00 per night, with an additional €25,00 if you wish to stay in one of our suites, with tourist tax adding €4,50 regardless of the room you choose. For more information on our rooms, see rooms and reservations.
